Our members come together for speed coaching event

In a vibrant celebration of International Coaching Week, 17 passionate coaches from the Coaching Reading community volunteered their time for an impactful speed coaching event. This special initiative was designed to benefit community and charity leaders in Reading, extending the transformative power of coaching to a broader and more diverse audience. The event was a collaborative effort, organized in partnership with Lorraine Briffitt at Connect Reading and graciously hosted by ebb&flow.

The primary goal of this event was to showcase the profound benefits of professional coaching. By providing leaders with personalized coaching sessions, the event aimed to help them address specific challenges and enhance their professional and personal growth. Each participant engaged in multiple short coaching sessions, offering them a unique opportunity to experience the variety and depth of insights that coaching can provide.
