Creating spaces to think, learn and develop
Through coaching, we help people build the skills, confidence, awareness and motivation they need to make a positive and sustainable change.
We offer paid-for as well as gift-in-kind coaching to individuals and employers based in and around Reading.
We also partner with local organisations to connect people with coaches, share our learning and raise awareness and understanding of the benefits of coaching.
